Wine obtained from grapes of the autochthonous Serbian variety Tamjanika, cultivated organically in our own vineyards, in the Oaza location, above the Tower of Todor from Stalać, on loess sediments, limestone, which they gain freshness and minerality. From hand-picked grapes, macerated six days, spontaneous fermentation, with fermentation on wild yeasts brought from the vineyard and minimal intervention by the winemaker. Aged in in an old acacia barrel of 500 liters, 24 months. Sediment raised by the sur lie method. The wine is not filtered and clarified. May contain sediment.

Alcohol 13%, total sulfites 14.6 mg/l, residual sugar 0.5 g/l, total acid 5 g/l.
